Civilian Art Projects Moving to Warehouse DC
I'm late to the notice: one of my favorite DC art galleries, Civilian Art Projects, is moving to the Warehouse Arts Complex starting November 7.
I will post art opening photos of "Love Letters" by Cara Ober and "Debriscapes" by Nikki Painter soon. Cara and Nikki will talk about their work on Saturday, October 17 at 6 p.m. From the press release, also upcoming at Civilian (with the move):solo exhibitions of two prominent women artists: "Woods" by photographer Terri Weifenbach, her first exhibition in Washington in five years; and, "Controlled Burn," an exhibition of plaster and found object sculpture by Carole Wagner Greenwood.
