In case you missed it: Facebook grows, Google Voice taunts, designers scramble, Suze Orman is Suze Orman
I received a Facebook message from my high school teacher. That's right, my teacher is one of the 50 million people who've joined Facebook in the last couple of months. Very active users. [via Mashable]

Not too long ago I announced my enthusiasm to try out Google Voice (see YouTube video: "Hey Vincent..."). Today, an official app was announced for Blackberry and Android phones. Of course, as an iPhone user, I cried. Not because there might be an iPhone app out there that can very well interface with Google Voice, but because I miss my old Curve. Very, very much.

"Must go, my chicken is burning in the oven!" - caught the last bit of a Mashable design chat. 100+ users made it hard to get anything out of those last minutes.

Why we make mistakes - Picked up this book by Joseph T. Hallinan, a interesting compilation of stories and studies regarding human error. More to come on the subject.
Suze Orman is looking out for me once again. In a US News article, she says, (and boy does it sound like her!):
I'm 58 years of age in June, girlfriend. I'm not looking for growth in my money. I just want my money to stay safe and sound. However, if you have 30, 35 years until retirement, then are you out of your mind? You should be dollar-cost averaging into those markets, assuming you have an emergency fund.
